Should be an awards for the world's most pointless awards.

The UK Bus Awards would be my vote.

How anyone can say get bums on seats campaign was good must be living in cloud cuckoo land and culture change like seriously. You get awards for strikes, fuck me and sorry for swearing but it's just pathetic as hell and it's not even discussable. It's almost a parody.

Good to see you also get awards for being voted worst bus operator aswell who also have just have a depot condemned. The same area running minibuses on double decker work because they don't have enough buses (Arriva Yorkshire).

What an embarrassment and an insult to the paying public who have to put with the service provided (or not). I've seen some crap in my time but this tops anything for awhile.

You mean to say that dishing out the odd Greggs voucher or packet of Nobby's nuts, doesn't create wholesale culture change?!

As an HR professional specialising in culture.

I'm not surprised an industry still in the dark ages awards such dark age cultural practices.

Bet they do free pizza friday...
