So a question that's been on my mind is wondering. What will happen to all buses that have been moved around due to Duplicates and what will happen to buses that are only used for Duplicate
So we all know the Lothian buses. The white StreetLite and the two metro buses will be going away as they have fleet numbers 90**
But here's what I'm wondering. What will happen to 5501 5502 5504 (The East Yorkshire Volvo B7RLE Wright Eclipse 2) and 5505 and 5506 (The London Scania OmniCitys)
Will these see public service and which depots. Has anything been confirmed what's happening to them after Duplicates end. Whenever that is

Has anyone else been noticing that alot of the 2011 Optare Versas have been breaking down? I use the Q1/2 regularly and I have been in/saw many broken down Versas. I am also thinking that they should upgrade the QuayLink buses as it is quite a main service and honestly these Versas aren't good enough. I think they should get some Streetlites or Citaros.

Looks like 5338 will be permanently withdrawn as it caught fire and the damage looks pretty substantial while operating the 6 to Stanley this afternoon. Hopefully everyone got out ok ![[Image: 905ae6ec3434f898ddad4dd641fcaeb6.jpg]](https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210529/905ae6ec3434f898ddad4dd641fcaeb6.jpg)

All this palava about GCT missing out bus stops.
I've just witnessed the X45 doing the same, turning around at Central Station thus missing out Newgate Street and Eldon Square.
What about those passengers wishing to board at Wilko's?

I noticed that the 434 wasn't serving Cambois, North Blyth and West Sleekburn yesterday morning - according to GNE's Twitter it was due to the Spine Road being closed (caused by a serious collision between Cambois and North Seaton). Instead the service was diverted via Bomarsund, effectively cutting off the three communities for the morning. Could GNE have 'compromised' and turned the bus around on the outside of Cambois so that these villages had a service to Ashington at the very least? There wasn't really much point in running directly to/from Bedlington Station (especially with a more frequent service on the 1/19/X21).
I've attached a map to explain:

So Go North East have just announced that Toontour will cost £5. The weird thing is the part that says network one tickets work on it. Has this happened before or is the first time

Go North East have a new service starting from the 3rd July. Running from Newcastle to Beslay Hall. Must be a summer service
If anyone wants to know where it's found. Then go onto bus org. And then go to Go North east section and right at the bottom. You will see a PB and some numbers. It's on there at the very top
