I've decided to create a thread dedicated to my reviews. As I know people seem to enjoy reading them, I thought putting them all in one thread could be a good way of documenting them, with each review now going in this thread. I've got some free time, so I might make my way back through the ''Bus Related Outings & Reviews'' thread, and copy and paste my other reviews from there, and into here. If I do that, I'll put the date in bold at the top of the post, so you know what you're reading. Like I said, it's just I'm trying to gather the reviews and put them all in one place, rather than have to trawl through the main reviews thread for them. I'll be posting my reviews in this thread from now on. Hopefully it's a success.

Minding my own business on a quick trip to Accrington today, and taking some bus shots from public places, I noticed the driver of a Pilkington's Dart waiting at a stop get his phone out and clearly take a photograph of me. I moved to another position, still in his sight, and he appeared to really zoom in and take another photo of me. He then appeared to make a call on his phone. I didn't challenge him as I really can't do with the aggro, but I assume he was notifying colleagues about the 'anorak' in town. I wonder if anyone else has had this experience - not necessarily with Pilkingtons? Obviously we can hardly complain about people taking photos of us, but I know why I take photos of buses - what's his motivation?

Personally think some Stands are overly over bused and could of been better allocated by Nexus, but when do they do anything the simple way, if it was me doing the allocating it would be something like this, might need a few adjustments mind, although saying that Gateshead Interchange could do with some more Stands..

Can anyone please confirm the date for this as from what I can see it is on Sunday 9th August but the NEBPT website says it's on July 26th.

Anyone know the actual date this is on?

Are passenger capacity numbers tested when vehicles are built etc. Noticed on GNE solo sr 626 yesterday that the standees were 21. Wouldn't want to be either sitting or standing with that amount on. I know other vehicles have large standee numbers also but how is it decided the amount permitted?
