As there was no complaints regarding our decision to split the "Go North East: Latest News & Discussion" by month, the remaining "Latest News & Discussion" and "Rare & Odd Workings" threads have now followed suit.
The January 2015 threads will be locked tomorrow morning and they will no longer appear as 'stickied' threads. New threads for February will be created, and these will appear as 'stickied' threads instead.
I have absolutely no problem with anyone else creating the threads for February 2015 if they wish to post at some point during the early hours of tomorrow morning, but only the forum moderators will be able to moderate the individual threads by locking them, etc.
Liam and I are both feeling rather productive, so look out for further updates coming soon. We want to work on improving all features of the site, and we have already completed the work on the forum and fleet lists. There will be ongoing updates to the content of the fleet lists over the next few weeks, and you can track updates on these within the sub-forum of the operator in question.
The 'Photos' and 'News' sections are likely to be next in line for some minor changes, so if you've got any ideas, it'd be best to post these now and we'll see if we can work with them.
We are also looking to remove the 'Bygone Era' from the forum completely to be replaced by an external feature similar to the fleet lists and news, but it's finding a way of developing a system which will not require a great deal of input from us so we can get it up and running again as soon as possible.

Hi,
I have noticed a few times that on peoples signatures they have the Flickr and QCS logo in their writing. Could anyone tell me how to get this on my signature?
Cheers

Hi,
I thought it would be a great idea for us to share where we get our best photos, personally I feel I get mine just on the curve of Park Lane Interchange which is where a lot of my recent photos have been from.

Hi all,
I'm creating a website on Go North East buses (I've had permission) but I need some images. Anything really, old or new. Please help out if you can, you will be credited for your photo on the website. Please send them to my email, which is 10lcalder@lordlawson.org.uk

Theres a funny video of a nakid Black Lady (i expect English going of the accent) trashing up a local Corner shop going around on Facebook Right now, quite funny tbh (dont worry her Va you know what cant be seen on the Video) the Black Fellas face at 18 Seconds makes the video 10 time more funny than it already was

Thought I would create a new thread instead of posting it in football, as it is not about organised football...
http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/get-inspired/30657513
It is the FA Peoples Cup, has anyone noticed the advert for it on football over the weekend...It is a 5-a-side tournament for anybody who is not a professional footballer, anyone can enter, even if you aint played footy in your life...
Just wondering would anyone be interested in setting up an NEB team for a laugh

Hi all. Newbie here. Stumbled across the site when looking for info on old routes and timetables. My interest in buses stems from members of my family being former drivers. I also have a soft spot for Leyland Atlanteans.

Hello - just to introduce myself, I am Andrew Stopford from Halifax. I saw the NEB site and liked the look of it. I have an extensive collection of photos on flickr, and visit the North East and North Yorkshire quite regularly, so hopefully you will find some shots of interest. I look forward to being part of the membership of this site.

Message to Admin -
This is my new account for Tommy1581, I can't use my other account because I lost my password for both NEB and my email, so you may wish to delete the 'Tommy1581' account.
Many thanks
Tommy
