6071 has been repainted to Blue back and Green front.

Seen on the The Real UK Bus Enthusiasts by Alexander Thomas Elliott Cromarty

Not the best colour combo... might change my mind when its branded.

Won't let me upload a picture...............

This seems to be getting a push at the moment - from Transport North East: https://www.transportnortheast.gov.uk/bi...versation/
Closing date is 10th September, which is probably also the last date we'll hear anything about it..

If you don't want to use the tiny iframe on their website to fill the survey in, you can do it directly here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/M7BQM7X?embedded=1

So it's a month away till the 2021 Great North Run.

With the route now changed to finish at the Town Moor and to Cross the Tyne Bridge twice. Looking at the route map bus diversion are gonna be pretty fun.

Main key parts of the map
Finish at Town Moor
Crossing the Tyne Bridge on the way back going via St Mary Place & John Dobson Street
Runners will turn round at the Whitemare Pool roundabout

The 14 gas buses based at Darlington depot are the process of being painted into the new 'Green Technology' livery including a seat re-trim. First to be done is ex demonstrator 4813 / WX61HSL: https://flic.kr/p/2mgRpDH

4812/14 are believed to be at St Helens for their refresh, may be a few others away as quite a few are missing from service currently

On bus times I've came across an operator called national express shuttle who operate the evening little coasters and the Sunday & evening 125/136. Anyone got any info on this operator, I'll presume they're operated by NX but has anyone got anymore info such as their fleet.

Here is their bustimes.org page:

It's a pet hate of mine.
Tonight's driver on 20 keeps revving so the start stop technology doesn't kick in. What's the point in euro engines if drivers are doing this. It happens a lot to Sad
