To be fair, you're probably not going to get a better time to do it... with the volume of traffic and frequency of services, I would be surprised if they didn't divert everything either in a loop via Blackett Street or into Eldon Square.

Agree with Adrian. There's a fraction of the normal services with a tiny fraction of the normal footfall. Can3think of a less inconvenient time.
