Go North East interworking suggestions

The 20/9/26/5/5A/61A/35A/24/60 should not all interwork, it causes havoc on an evening if there is any delays.

47 & X30 should interwork on Sundays. 

47 Consett 12:00, X30 Stanley 13:30, X30 Newcastle 14:15, 47 Consett 15:00, 47 Newcastle 17:00

Allows around 45 mins layover at Consett aswell as 15-20 mins at Newcastle before the X30 to Stanley.

9 Should be standalone, tho that would limit it to 4 mins layovers either end, which would kill any chance of getting back on time during match days, however on the evening the 61A/60 should interwork with the 9 & 5.
