B8 EvoSeti's (12m) wouldn't be a bad shout for the X10.

X21 badly needs a stable vehicle allocation. 10/10A/10B probably due an upgrade in not too distant future.

X10 Needs something fresh 100%
X21 100%

I Do Think these should also be in conversation of getting new vehicles:

- the Venture Network: V1, V2, V5 would be nice to have something new after 13 Years.
- Diamond 16/16A: Just Something Fresh and more comfortable.
- 27: Again Something fresh from the 14/15 Year old Gemini 2s

I'd say at least 120 New Buses need ordering which is a massive investment, this does not include orders for the 56/307/309 as we are already aware of potential new buses for these services.

70 - Midi/Full Size Deckers
[*]50 - Double Deckers

[*]New Buses would replace anything new 2012-2014 which in turn would see a large chunk of the existing fleet withdrawn, pretty sure you could guess which services these would be going on given they've had nothing new since or have had repeat cascades from other services or are operating with second/third hand vehicles.

I actually forgot about electric buses on order for those services.
Ooo Friend, Bus Friend.

Just seen this and given GNE's ties with ADL, why don't they make an approach to ADL & Volvo for a 12m version or......encourage Volvo to come forward with a two-axile B8TL giving competition with the Cummins Wright Ultroliner?

Would definitely win orders from GNE!

Wrightbus do offer a 12m version with a Double Rear Axle for the Hong Kong market alongside a 12.8m version.

I believe Alexander Dennis and MCV also offer the same with their Bodywork applied.

Lothian Buses have ordered 60 12.8m Single Door version with Alexander Dennis in the last week, so I guess if there is demand from operators then they'll happily build them if they're big orders otherwise if your like Shitty Transport and your begging for just one then it's not worthwhile.

Hasn't been out since 13 May!

Believe it was the one involved in a RTC in Newcastle City Centre at Castle Keep a few weeks back.

I'm guessing this is fairly recent since it was in Newcastle end of May

5466 managed to block Newcastle Bank out of Birtley this morning at rush hour which was entertaining
Wistfully stuck in the 90s

The B9s apparently keep needing to be reregistered to be able to use the CAZ, and for some reason they keep lapsing. Not sure if it's admin falling behind or what. Same story as to why there's City Riders on random routes in Sunderland and X-Lines B5s on the 56.

What's the situation with the E200EV's not being fully allocated to the X66 as I have noticed both yesterday and today at least two of them have been allocated to the 49/49A/96.

Have the bigwigs at GNE Towers realised they're not suitable capacity wise for the X66.

Seems to be issues at Arriva aswell; 7553/7621/7630/7635 are all stuck on locals at Ashington, the last 2 for a few weeks now so it's not just a GNE issue.
