How many Tyne Valley TEN are being repainted?
It's one of the few services that hasn't had a frequency cut yet - there a few services still running every 10 minutes

How come the 10 and some other Redhuegh Bridge services coming into Newcastle bare left and circle down around Railway Street.
Drives me mad when you can see ahead that St James Boulevard is clear, so why not go straight ahead and right into Westmoreland Rd?

Drivers discretion, doesn’t miss any stops out. You can’t see that St James Boulevard is clear until well after the driver has committed to whichever way they’ve chosen to go. I often find Railway St is quicker as you can see from the Redheugh Bridge if it’s clear or not. Boulevard usually better at quieter times as that right turn into Westmorland Rd can be a right pain if you miss the lights or have to queue when it’s busy.

Also happens in the outbound direction, some buses seem to turn left by the Life centre others go all the way up to the traffic lights

As a passenger that feels like 6 and 2x 3’s.

Inbound however annoys when you can see SJB is quiet and free moving, meaning a simple straight on and a right turn.
Whereas snaking to the left west to the roundabout, south towards Railway St, east towards Centre for life, then left again to head north again up to Westmoreland Rd just seems irks me and people I’ve been with who’ve commented, ‘why does it circle around if there’s no bus stop down here?’.

The final 2 B9TLs to be repainted into the updated Tyne Valley 10 livery have both re-entered service today
