New Levante 3A - they have been on order for a year or so. 

Will they be Volvo or Scania?

I'd say Scania as all recent Levante 3 deliveries to National Express have been Scania K410's.

Saw a new GNE Levante in service heading south on A19 this morning. Fleet no. 7164, reg BV74 LNW.

According to BusTimes, 7163 is now in service as well.
