I was on 6348 today and the USB's weren't working however reporting it to customer services doesn't really do anything I reported some graffiti on the back of the seats it was still their the next day.
So why don't GNE add a feature to the website where you can report an issue with the vehicle you would either need to put the Code in e.g 6335 or the Service and time, then you can report your issue I just feel like this would be a simpler way to report issues when CS is shut

It's reasonably unlikely anything would be done by the next day for that. Unless the graffiti is offensive, then the driver might not have flagged it on his first use check (and they likely won't want to miss runout due to a bit of non-offensive graffiti). Customer services might not have passed it onto the depot that day or, if they did, it might not have filtered down to the relevant people in the depot by the time the next days runout came around - and it'll have been planned to be looked at after that day in service.
With all things though, it's best to report it to the driver as they can put it on the vehicles defect card which will get checked by engineering that night once the bus returns to the depot.

They already have this. You can log a ticket using their request form: https://help.gonortheast.co.uk/hc/en-gb/requests/new
Just log it as Other/Other/General and use the free text box.

RE: Website Suggestion
First in Manchester used to have little QR codes which took you straight to the feedback page and it automatically logged the vehicle type which was quite useful for reporting issues with First.
They mainly encouraged it as a 'tell us about your driver' function however

Wistfully stuck in the 90s

No idea, suspect it probably won't given it's been abandoned almost a year now already (presumably recognising there's greater business needs - like sorting out their various operational issues - than this).

RE: Website Suggestion
Surely if they updated the fleet list people will complain that the person updating it should have been out driving buses!
RE: Website Suggestion
Surely they could just upload a simplified version or just the fleet allocation table.
Surely they have a file or something that shows them which buses are based where.

RE: Website Suggestion
There was quite a gap between updates while we were going through the height of the Covid epidemic, then all the changes got added in one go. Perhaps the shortage of staff at the moment means something similar will happen again - assuming, of course, they ever get staff numbers back up!
