Most of the drivers are probably happy that it's gone, it wasn't the best from what I've heard. I only had a short ride on it round Darlington once on service 4.

I've also heard it was a bit of a funny one, came from an independent or something, didn't it? Or another Arriva division?

I drove it at Darlington before it went to Durham and it was shocking. It was so down on power it wouldn't climb the bank on Brinkburn Road on the 4 without dropping it into 2nd.

Forgot to note a few days ago when I was on it, but the upstairs front panel of 7524 is atrocious.

The destination cover is a completely different shade of blue to the surround, can't tell which is the correct shade. It was muddy (clearly hadn't been cleaned), and the side panels were also not quite right.

As unfortunate as it sounds now, somebody will be left in that perilous situation with a Wright Streetlite in 2030...

No routes at Arriva North East require tachographs other than some private charters, thats why some vehicles retain tachographs.

Saw that tonight, the rear looks great, just a shame the front isn't covered too, the cut back to blue paint ruins it for me.
