Diversions and delays today. Looks like everything is being filtered off the highway at Mount Pleasant. Came over from the Fatfield side and over the bridge, before joining the highway.
Traffic all the way back from Fatfield Bridge, round the slip-road and back as far as Biddick Woods.

This is due to an extra Kynren event that Eleven Arches are putting on for 16th September due to public demand.

88 will no longer serveInverness Road and will directly operate from Edinburgh Road to Perth Avenue. GNE has said to use the Stagecoach service 18 and change buses. There will be slight timetable changes. Did have a photo but deleted itself off my phone

I noted 2 services yesterday going up Inverness Road from Perth Avenue, But the notice seems to have got to all drivers today, None have turned while Ive been in the house.

Nexus have also been quick in replacing timetables on Inverness Road too, Which doesn't seem to be the case in other parts of T and W!

The changes next month are for roadwork completion apparently.
Percy Main can't really cope with the 9, all they have is Renowns and 2 spare Omni (providing the 1 doesn't need them).

4896 will be withdrawn anyway once 5292 returns to service.
Id rather see 5248/9 go to Washington for spares for the 5/50 and then 4961/2 go to Deptford for the 9s.

I second that, Would mean a more standardised allocation at Washington of only Citaro's , Omnicity's , MPDs , Solo's , B9s and Misc B7TL's ( Excluding 3943 )

I'm hedging my bets on the Ex Thames Travel Solo's ( 701 - 7** ) to also come to Washington to replace the MPDs stated above, Albeit I don't ( And Hope ) these don't get branded Indigo as they are a very basic spec. Would make more sense if the 85/86 are just a corporate spec route. Just a suggestion though.
