Sorry for the delay.
This year's Running Day will take place on Sunday 28th April.
The usual applies - the main 'hub' will be the South Side (Middlesbrough) of the Transporter Bridge, the location for the control vehicle, stalls and static exhibits (as of this week, 2 confirmed vehicles for static display only), with routes departing from the site to Middlesbrough and Stockton.
As of Tuesday night, 9 vehicles are confirmed for the running aspect of the vehicle - including the 500 Group's own active duo, Bristol VRT H106 and, fresh for major work over the winter, Dennis Loline 99. With 8 weeks to go until the date, more will be expected.

Here’s the entry list for what’s attending
The one rally in our region I haven't been to, looking at the lineup of what is going to be there this year I will be going.
RE: 500 Group Annual Teesside Running Day 2019
Bigun said he wants to try it, this year. Much easier to get to from here than where we used to live, even though it's further!

You should Adam. It's the best one up here by far nowadays.
Although I am surprised you haven't been. I am sure I saw you there last year or the year before!

Unless I have a clone I don't know about I was definitely not there, last time you seen me at a Rally was the one on the Quayside last year.

Are you sure you haven't been? I'm also sure I've seen you there before. It seems kind of strange you haven't been to this one before, as it's local.

Like last year, Go North East will have an X10 bus on display.
The bus will call into Peterlee Bus Station on its journey south, picking up anyone travelling to the rally. It'll meet the 09:55 southbound X10 (arriving at Peterlee for 10:45) for anyone wanting to travel on the bus.
If that's any easier for you and Big'un, as opposed to sitting on the X12 then waiting for a shuttle afterwards, you're more than welcome to join us.
RE: 500 Group Annual Teesside Running Day 2019
A few changes to the runs for this year's running day:
The 212 trips will run as 0s this year - meaning they'll be 0s to Middlesbrough, Stockton and Norton this year.
A new trip this year is the 'Riverside Shuttle' - not sure what that actually is until the morning, but from the times for the trips, could just possibly be Transporter to the Riverside Stadium and return

Thanks for the info, but we're in Durham city, these days, so it's easier for us to get the X12 straight to Stockton or Boro. We'll decide which on the way, when shuttle times are clearer!
RE: 500 Group Annual Teesside Running Day 2019
First Shuttle from Stockton should be H106 about 10.20, followed 20 minutes later by 99.
Country Buses this year are booked for LFT5X (the OK Leopard) and E50TYG (the West Riding Leyland Royal Tiger/Doyen) - they leave at 13.40 and 14.10 respectively (in that order). The Country Bus Tour is limited numbers only with tickets required, purchasable from the Control Vehicle from 10.

At present, I only know that we’ve got the 0, 42 (Transporter to Stockton via Bus Station, Billingham and Norton), 47 (Transporter to Yarm) and X19 (Yarm express via A66, Stockton and returning via A19). The 92 (Eston) is reportedly running this year. The Riverside Shuttle doesn’t have a service number at present, and there’s no mention in our emails about the 11 (Stockton via Acklam and under Albert Bridge).

Anything planned across the Transporter bridge, or is it closed for abseiling again?

Let me get this correct
Is this an actual rally like the Howlands P+R one
Or is it riding about on old buses.
The description weren’t very clear

"Running Day" should answer your question.

Riding around on vehicles is the very point of a rally. This one is a bit of both with much better riding around than most rallies in the region, hence being called a running day.

Good turnout today, had a great time as usual.
Go North East's surprise of the day was of course open-top Volvo B7 6000. It didn't half turn a few heads! Glad you all enjoyed it - the trip out to Yarm was good for it to stretch its legs.

Now I've recovered...……
Apart from one vehicle cancelling at the last minute (The Bournemouth Corporation Tiger Cub for anyone who purchased a program), the turnout was complete.
In terms of routes operated, apart from a few swap rounds early in the day due to late arrivals, no runs were lost this year.....
However, issues with H106 did result in a few problems before its trip over the Transporter itself did cause us some issues - so anyone at the Metrocentre next Sunday, the 500 Group might end up turning up with 99....
And now we can begin planning the 2020 event...….

Excellent turn out although a lot of people started to disappear around 1pm such as me as I wanted to get back home and watch the Manchester United vs Chelsea game.
6000 was my favourite of the day despite looking forward to seeing the OK Travel Coach and the United ECW Olympian.
