even more variety is caused by some divisions painting the black window surrounds over in colour (eg East Midlands), plus the rear light units (black in NE, original silver grey in Cumbria and some fleets painted over in colour!) also some Cumbria repaints have the "alcove" the front number plate sits in painted black so it gives the impression of a black border round the number plate.

What bewildered me most was Busways here was told to plaster blue paint all over the front by Perth, yet their own depot in the city were shopping in exactly the same style ?‍♂️

Anyone know if 22018 is just VOR at the moment. Parked up at the bottom of walkergate yard. Looks like its sisters 22024 and 26 are still going strong.

22018 and 22437 have been permanently withdrawn from Walkergate also 11289 should be back on road soon after being off for a few months after spontaneously combusting 

Oh thanks for that wasnt aware of 11289 combusting if its own accord. Mind not surprised about 22437, seems Stagecoach yorkshire are now withdrawing their 07 plates in larger numbers.

I was on 22026 last Thursday,seemed fine to me,22437 has always been a problem child,i dont even know which ALX300's Walkergate has now

I think it's down to three 22024,22026 and 22065. Think the rest are at slatyford.

yet both Stagecoach Newcastle Depots have 03's,04's,05's,06's still going strong as well as the ALX300 being the most single deckers they have. Does that say something from a engineering perspective?

I've just saw 27724 on the 12 in local and been on19647 on the 1 in local with grey back lights in Newcastle

South Shields 37314 repainted believe that’s the final connect dots. It has grey rear lights as per new standard

27173 is in new colours at Stockton.

Ahhhh so they've started the repainting of the repaints,wasnt to long ago that 12086 was painted into the then Stagecoach livery,would of thought they would of prioritised 12065 as thats the last in the Green Hybrid livery

12086 was one of the first examples repainted - all the way back in 2018. Let's not forget that the majority of Teesside's recent repaints have been the 2014 batch of E300s - of which the majority had only been repainted in 2019 when 'The Zone' branding was phrased out - while only 5 of the 'Dots' examples have been repainted and those were some of the first Teesside vehicles done last summer.

12086 is back in service,last it was mentioned it was being prepped for repaint,12065 is still wandering about in the green hybrid livery

I'm actually shocked it's still going round. U would have thought they would have had it done when the rest got done. But I mean still gives people to see it before it finally goes for repaint

12086 returned to Walkergate last Friday, as with several recent E400 repaints and 11289, panel damage pushed them above 12065. As long as no dents happen, it's time is limited

Urgh 11289 has been given blue headlight surrounds and they’ve left the awful 39/40 route stickers along the bottom of the upper deck windows.

Stockton's E200mmcs are getting done next year I believe but..... 26282s had the same issues as 11289 so maybe 26282 will be our first mmc to receive the local livery?
