This has been confirmed as cancelled this year due to the Howlands Park & Ride site now open on Sundays for Park & Ride services to and from Durham City Centre.

North East Bus Preservation Trust confirmed it on their facebook page tonight.

But, Howlands Park & Ride isn't open/in operation on Sundays, certainly at the moment at least, Belmont and Sniperley are however.

Must have been changed now. It's possible that they decided to make Howlands open on a Sunday

I wonder if they're opening on that Sunday for other reasons. Open days, perhaps?

Looks like it may be back on as NEBPT have deleted their post on facebook.

Thanks for the update! It’s a bummer that the event got cancelled this year, but it makes sense with the Howlands Park & Ride now being open on Sundays. The North East Bus Preservation Trust confirming it on their Facebook page tonight just makes it official. Hopefully, there will be other events to look forward to soon!
