RE: Fleet Changes - Winter 2024
1399 MX10DCO has now also arrived at Stockton for Redcar, formerly ANW 3057.
1398 moved to Redcar yesterday and is expected to enter service imminently.

1399 will probably join 1398 very shortly at Redcar then

Former NW Pulsars 3033-7 (MX10 BZS/T/U/V/W) are presently en-route from St Helens to Ashington depot - they will be NE 1390-1394 once ready for service.

Believe 7581 has left Ashington, assuming for ADC, as part of this. 2852-4 will be the other eventual casualties, though I imagine they may have a short stay of execution as there are currently quite a few vehicles needing major repairs.

7545 was rear ended by a car in Morpeth yesterday while in a bus stop, and by the looks of it will be out of time for quite some time. I assume it won’t quite be the same damage as 7513 suffered which saw it written off due to the speed involved, but there is significant damage to the side of the engine compartment.

7579 was due to go today but is waiting for work, so 7581 went in its place. Given the damage to 7545 I imagine 7579 may stay north for some time to cover for that.

1404 could be the subsitute either maybe? Not ideal having a Pulsar for a Decker but this is Arriva. Believe that was meant to be moving out with these coming in.

Not sure if plans have changed but I heard it was off to Stockton to see off one of the Streetlites to Merseyside. Redcar wouldn't be a bad shout until then though as they seem really short on vehicles, again.
