Looks like 22409, can just make out xx06xxx on the reg, and to my knowledge there's only 2 06 reg ALX 300's in the new livery

It isn't 409, that's been painted all over blue. The vehicle depicted being dragged by a tractor appears engineless and doesn't appear to have had the interior conversion 409 has had.

It's 22408.  All of the batch other than 22410 made into the new livery.

Worth noting this one had a fire and not a thermal incident.

Ex Stagecoach NE 22341 has appeared on the fleet list for City Transport on Bus times.

Still listed as in SNE livery so if used on 700/701 will cause quite a stir I'd say.

They want to be careful - it's still fully branded. One of the conditions of buying a vehicle from Stagecoach is that it isn't operated in their livery.
