Of which 11720, 721 and 722 have visited previously, 11722 last year, and 11720/721 in 2024 when they were, I think, allocated to Hyde Road.

(27 Feb 2026, 8:38 pm)Busesinnewcastle wrote Ah right that’s not been out for ages that. I wonder if 10640 will be the next one after its accident a few weeks ago. I see them 2 buses are on the 685 again haha. You got any idea where 26289 is not been out for a good few months. I see 26292 is back out on the roads aswell

(Yesterday, 8:53 am)col87 wrote Correct it was the manviro 200s back in March 2008. Hartlepool is expected to get 28 new buses, I think that will mean some diesel’s will stay unless Stagecoach do what they did with Stockton and make up the shortfall from elsewhere. They are not expected until 2028 but despite my views on the Yutongs it is good news regardless if it improves the overall reliability for services in the town.

(Today, 8:39 am)ReDemPTiion wrote Nah it’s all gone quiet, which is why I’m confused that there’s no funding for Slatyford at least. Also the plan is to knock down the parking shed at Slatyford depot so again I’m surprised there’s no funding to replace the older noisier vehicles.

(3 hours ago)PH - BQA wrote Notice a complaint on X about the X82 (06:35 ex Eldon Square) being a single decker this morning. Response from Stagecoach that they try and use their larger vehicles on busier services, which is demonstrably nonsense given the constant allocations of the small E200s on peak runs out of town.
As discussed lots on here, the amount of midibuses/saloons at Slatyford is an absolute disgrace given the nature of their work.
(3 hours ago)Malarkey wrote Hopefully some deckers will be sent up here off the back of Stagecoach Devon (Torbay) going 100% Electric & East Midlands going Electric at (Hull) in the coming months, you also have Cumbernauld closing next month.
Near enough estimate of 100 vehicles due to be cascaded across the entire group on the above alone.
Liverpool will be starting the first phase of Franchising in St.Helens and Wirral from September this year so no doubt with a lot of New EV's on order/being delivered for Stagecoach from Alexander Dennis and Wrightbus respectively this will release a number of vehicles later in the year for cascade.

(1 hour ago)ReDemPTiion wrote Is Stockport depot sorted yet? I’m sure I read somewhere they’ve withdrawn a lot of hybrids and being replaced by 26 plates. Surely once that’s done as well that’ll free up some deckers.

(4 hours ago)ReDemPTiion wrote No EV’s for the 32/32A services was just a rumour unfortunately. Slatyford’s bus parking shed is still due to come down but until they know the major franchising plans there will probably be no major investment at Slatyford or Walkergate for the foreseeable future.
