RE: Arriva North East - Latest
So they won't be done to the same spec at 4653? I think having uncomfortable seats for a long journey is unacceptable.

Further PVR allocation changes are as followed:
Stockton
28 and 29 swap over - 28 is now allocated Prestiges and 29 Cadets
Ashington
35 allocation is now split - 3 workings for B10BLEs (those to be upgraded to Streetlites later in the year), and 3 for DAF DB250
X22 now down for 4 deckers (DAF DB250) and 2 singles (B10BLEs)
Durham
6/42 remains interworking (no mention of a 42 board) - 10 boards are allocated Pulsars while 3 are down to be allocated DAF DB250s
Jesmond
No chance
Redcar
Change to X3 and 81 - 2 81 boards now down as OmniCity worked while 3 X3 boards are allocated Pulsars

In fairness some if it was kinda 'deserved' but here is not the place to air these opinions and also it's quite right to look at the bigger picture before giving voice. Tyresmoke has been good, via the PM system, in answering some questions and giving me a little bit background in what's going on, and I thank him. It's now a period of transition in a number of areas with new fleet arriving and such like; I'll be watching with interest what goes on, particularly down here on the X93, X4. In the meanwhile I'm doing what Richard says and stopping the backstabbing and moaning.

(02 May 2014, 8:20 pm)robisdave15 wrote Yep, thanks for that Scott. So now given they should have : 18 x Temsa
12 x Pulsar
15 x Dart
5 x Ommicity
3 x Prestige
3 x MPD
2 x Solo
3 x ALX300
6 x B7 and
2 x E400 equal to 69 vehicles, they should, in theory, meet their respective PVR'S / allocations with ease. Obviously I can only go by what I can recall about the fleet at Redcar, some of these will be VOR no doubt and others off for engineering? Other than that it just seemed to be an interesting exercise as opposed to handing out my grief!! Cheers for any replies guys.
(02 May 2014, 11:33 pm)robisdave15 wrote Following on from what I was saying / doing earlier the consist of vehicles to meet the PVR for both Redcar and Whitby should be :
TEMSA - 4701 through to 4720 with 4708/14 being the ones destroyed by fire
PULSAR - 1429 through to 1440
MPD 1101 to 1105 , 1737,1739, 1743 and the one used for Whitby Sainsbury (fleet number not
known)
DART - 1305/6/7/8 and 9
1638/51/53/54/55
SCANIA OMMNI - 4648/49/50/51 and 55
PRESTIGE - 3041,3042 and 3044
ALX300 - 4092/4/5
E400 - 7501 and 7502
B7 - 7484,5,6,,8 and 9
think that's it but I am going from memory and would appreciate input from the members on this. Thanks.

Information on what happened would be appreciated.

Commendable, but definitely should not be long term as we all know how Redcar will get used to it...
