I get good hearted abuse from friends and work colleagues quite a lot. I do not mind it though, I know there's nothing malicious about it. My partner is the worst, she found it hilarious when I told her I was getting back into buses as a hobby. When I took her to the Metrocentre Rally and she was amazed how popular a hobby this is. The Metrocentre rally was the first bus rally I'd attended in years.

Now she helps me spot when we are travelling together and lets me know if she's seen any other enthusiasts on her travels. She confessed to being an Eddie Stobart fan and also looks out for J.R. Adams' trucks because she likes the colours.

Perhaps there's a hidden transport enthusiast in all of us just waiting to get out.
