But as you say, it is all about hitting the onion sack, Sunderand managed it 3 times and my old man always says, it dont matter how bad a performance you put in, getting the 3 points anyway you can.
Having seen in slow motion on MOTD, I am not convinced Coloccini should have been sent off, yes, Fletcher was the last man, but the pass over shot him and was always going to end up in Elliotts hands, so I aint 100% certain there was a goal scoring opportunity, but I guess if the ref points to the spot he has to send Coloccini off, I cant remember the exact rules on that.
I liked Adam Johnsons celebrations, he coulda jumped into the South Stand when he decided to goto the North Stand and made it absolutely clear who his celebration was aimed at.
