I'm not sure what Nexus can do if by the looks of it, some sort of object have bought the OHL down and its down to Network Rail to fix it, its going to be hard to give a definate amount of time on how long it will take until NR gives them the all clear I guess.
I don't think the situation in Carlisle can be compared to the situation Nexus find themselves in.
If you're referring to the picture at the top of Nexus website statement, of what looks like metal sheeting on the line, it's not a photo taken near Brockley Whinns. Misleading, like the rest of their statement.
