But Arriva use this get out clause though in their Sapphire charter:

"Whilst we will make every effort to ensure
that a Sapphire bus is provided at all times we may occasionally have to operate an Arriva bus
replacement"

- Auxillary features not working (WiFi, Power, NSA etc).
- Bus running late within Arriva's control.
