Today:
3 trains withdrawn causing massive delays.
1 ambulance attending - delays again but can't be helped.
I wonder who'll bid for the contract but who ever takes over needs to promise some, if not all these things:
New trains
Better prices
Better communication
Be prepared for issues on the track/stations etc.
