I commend you or any other driver that can remember every single product offering. Especially when driving something like the X12, and having to contend with Teesside and Tyneside's tickets too.
A point I've brought up previously is that there's no need to be so many ticket offerings. If the customers don't understand them, then there's little benefit to having them, and it's perhaps time for commercial to have a bit of a think about it.
