Prince Bishops: 20 streetlites come for 20/20A/X20. This would allow for the solars to be displaced as following:
5213-5217 would move to Riverside to displace 5167-5171. 5212 would replace 4897.
5211 would move to Stanley to replace 4896.
5204 would move to Riverside to replace 4898. 4989-4991 would replace 4900-4902.
4968-4972 and 4992 would replace 4903-4908 at Deptford. 4954 would also stay at Deptford but this time to replace 4909.
Centurion 17/17A and NEW 18: 24 Streetlites would come to Percy Main for services 17/17A and new 18 service (including three red spares), which would be branded Centurion. Service 17 would be half-hourly full route and as would the revised 17A. The route 17A would run the same section as present until Rosehill where it would diverge off to Northumberland Park via Cobalt. It would make an every 15 minute combined frequency with service 17 between Rosehill and Whitley Bay and making 8 buses an hour including the Coaster service. The new 17B service would run between Newcastle Haymarket as far as Heaton Park Road using the same route as the Stagecoach 1, then it would go from Byker to Wallsend Interchange by using the same route as Stagecoach 22. It would then follow GNE 17 route as far as Benton ASDA where it would go to Red House Farm Sainsbury's via Holystone, Northumberland Park Metro, West Allotment, Shiremoor Metro and Earsdon and then would follow the A1148 as far as The Links when it would follow the Arriva 308 bus to Blyth. The service would run every 30 minutes and would take about two hours.
This would allow for the following allocation changes:
All dual door renowns would be scrapped along with 4912 and 4913.
Cross-Tyne Service 9 and NEW 9A: 12 Streetlites would come to Percy Main for service 9 (including one red spare) being branded Cross-Tyne, allowing for an every 15 minute full route service. New 9A service would do the same service as the 9 from North Shields-Jarrow and then the GNE number 5 route to South Shields, this service would be every 30 minutes. This would allow for the following allocation plan:
4914 and 4915 are withdrawn and 5248 and 5249 would replace 4916 and 4917 at Percy Main. 3978-3980 would be surplus at Deptford therefore going to Riverside to replace 3818, 3819 and 3824. 5243-5247 would go to Riverside for replacing 4918-4920 and 4922 and 4923.

It would also mean 618 could be painted red as a spare.
