The Durham County Council supported service 58 operated by Scarlet Band runs through Hutton Henry on the opposite side of the road to the 206 on Durham bound journeys which runs via Wingate, so it is currently possible to get to/from Hutton Henry and Wingate although you have to change operator, that said you can't do Hutton Henry - Hartlepool but you can do Hartlepool - Hutton Henry.
