- Off peak journeys that do not serve Hunters Hill are revised to operate direct from Hutton Lane onto Westgate. Peak journeys via Hunters Hill will continue as now
- Replacement for the 22 between Middlesbrough and Redcar.
- The Monday to Saturday daytime journeys will operate to New Marske via the current 64 route. Evening and Sunday journeys continue to serve Ings Farm.
- Sunday daytime journeys now operate via the weekday route within Eston and Grangetown as the 62. All evening journeys operate as the 62a via Trunk Road between Eston Tesco and Grangetown.
- The last departure from Middlesbrough at 2305 will terminate in Redcar High Street.
- Route within Redcar town centre changed again. Journeys will now operate via Lord Street and Redcar Lane to the High Street, serving the stop opposite Wilkinsons
- The last departure from Redcar Morrisons is retimed to run at 2316 (currently 2301 and 2331) to Lake Estates
- The first bus from Redcar Monday to Friday will now run at 0608 (currently 0613), while a new additional weekday departure from Eston to Middlesbrough leaving at 0601 is introduced.
- The 0627 Sunday morning departure from Lake Estates is revised to start at Redcar Clock at 0622.
- 64 will now terminate at Ings Farm, operating via the current 22 route (as such, no more deckers on the 64/64a). They will also operate via Roseberry Road from Kirkleatham Lane avoiding Low Farm Drive.
- 64a will no longer serve Eston Tesco. A new terminal loop in Grangetown is introduced, operating from Whale Hill Shops via Fabian Road, Church Lane and Trunk Road to Magnet Hotel. This loop will also operate on evening and Sundays. Sunday daytime 64a will once again operate via Middlesbrough Town Centre.
- New early departures from Redcar are introduced at 0512 to replace the 746/747
- Reverts back to an hourly service between Stokesley and Marske Estate. Half Hourly operation at peak times between Redcar and Hutton Gate.
- Between Marske and Redcar, the service will operate via the present 81a route serving Green Lane. Between Redcar Clock and Kirkleatham, it will now operate via Corporation Road, Mersey Road and Low Farm Drive replacing the 64 and providing new links to Redcar Primary Care Hospital.
- Within Guisborough, journeys are re-routed via New Road and Rectory Lane to serve Hunters Hill.
- Sunday journeys are withdrawn.
- Withdrawn due to withdrawal of funding from Redcar and Cleveland Council
- Revised timetable - with the current peak Easington X4 journeys dropped in favour of all afternoon peak X3/X3a starting in Middlesbrough
- A new early X3 is introduced from Lingdale at 0630 to Redcar (weekdays) and 0700 to Middlesbrough (Monday to Saturday). The 0738 X3a from North Skelton is retimed to run 5 minutes earlier. The 0745 X3 from North Skelton to Middlesbrough via Lingdale is split - with a new X3a journey introduced between North Skelton and Saltburn at 0758 in term time with the X3 reverting to a 0800 start in Lingdale.
- The current 0810 X3 from Redcar to Lingdale will run from Redcar in the school holidays starting at 0812. Term times it starts in Saltburn at 0832. The X3a is retimed to leave Redcar at 0747 (0745 currently)
- Sunday 3s are revised to operate a terminal loop around Redcar Town Centre via Regent Walk between High Street and Redcar Clock.
- Judging by the X3 timetable, the peak time journeys to and from Easington are withdrawn
- All journeys run as the X4 throughout
- Sunday journeys increased to every 30 minutes until the end of August and will resume in Summer 2017.
