- Service revised to operate Every 7/8 Minutes between Washington Galleries and Newcastle, and will continue to operate to towards Easington Lane up to Every 15 Minutes Monday to Saturday, Sunday Service to operate Every 20 Minutes between Washington Galleries and Newcastle, and will continue to operate up Every 30 Minutes towards Easington Lane.
*New Service 4A/4B* - Heworth - Leam Lane Estate - Usworth - Donwell - Concord - Albany - Washington Galleries - Lambton - Ayton - Rickleton - Haratton - Fatfield - Biddick - Washington Galleries - Albany - Concord - Donwell - Usworth - Leam Lane Estate - Heworth
- New Services 4A/4B will operate at a combined frequency of Every 15 Minutes Monday to Saturday, and will merge into the Service 4 which terminates at Fallowfield Way in the Evenings and Sundays.
- Faster Links provided between Areas of Washington to Heworth Metro.
- Passengers wanting to travel to Barmston can use the 8 and 82 which will operate Every 15 Minutes combined, Passengers travelling to Birtley can connect with service 82 at Concord and Washington Galleries.
- Improved frequency provided alongside Service 4 between Fatfield and Heworth, Service 4 remains unchanged.
- *New Vehicles to be purchased for the 4A/4B as part of the 2016/17 Order in the form of Mercedes Citaros, Unless Citaro could be cascaded from other Services*
8 - Stanley - Beamish - Pelton - Chester le Street - Non Stop to Washington Galleries - Glebe - Barmston Village Centre - Peel Retail Park - Waterview Park - Enterprise Park - Hylton Riverside Retail Park - Sunderland Interchange
- Service 8 will continue to operate up to Every 30 Minutes Monday to Saturday
- Service will normal route from Stanley to Chester le Street before operating Non Stop to Washington Galleries, and will in turn no longer operate via Picktree Village, Rickleton, Haratton & Fatfield, Passengers can instead use services 2/4A & 4B to Washington Galleries.
- Service will also operate via Barmston Village Centre, Giving residents of Barmston a better link to Sunderland, instead of catching the service at Peel, or alternatively travelling to Washington Galleries to make the connection to Sunderland.
82 - Concord - Barmston - Biddick - Washington Galleries - Lambton - Ayton - Barley Mow Estate - Birtley
- Service 82 will be revised to operate Every 30 Minutes between Concord and Birtley only.
- Links to Heworth to be provided new service 4A/4B.
- Service 82 will interwork with revised Service 85 to provide better links around the Washington Area.
- *New Vehicles to be Purchased in the form of Optare MetroCities as part of the 2016/17 Order*
85 - Barmston Court - Washington Village - Brady Square - Biddick - Sainsburys Car Park - Washington Galleries - Oxclose - Blackfell - B&Q - Concord
- Services 85/86 will be revised and will merge together operating up to Every 20 Minutes Monday to Saturday, and Every 30 Minutes on a Sunday.
- Service will operate from Barmston Court via Washington Village to Brady Square.
- Passengers travelling to Glebe can use the 4 & 8.
- Service 86 withdrawn.
