Just one thing, the bit about the "Viva" interior, it is "Operation Overdrive" spec, I don't believe that there is a "Viva" spec, believe Viva was just a name they gave to some sets of service changes made on Teesside and County Durham at around that same point.
Viva was marketed with this specification, and all the buses that operated Viva routes had this specification, whereas other vehicles which were delivered (other 05 MPDs) which didn't operate those routes had the older seats and interior.
Only a few other vehicles, the Enviro400s and the other batch of B7TL/ALX400s at Southern Counties got the specification.
Edit: Operation Overdrive was marketed as Viva in the North East, where other divisions got something else. Knew I'd forgotten something
