The Vecta is advertising 'Viva Tees Valley' - the network review of the Teesside and Tees & District operations that took place in July 2006 which didn't see any brand new vehicles introduced (until March 2007 when the delayed Omnicitys arrived at Stockton for the X6).
'Viva' was the network branding used in 2005/6. Funny enough, only the Durham and Tees Valley ones were branded as such and it was quietly dropped. Given the current Tees Valley network is vastly different to what it was after Viva.
