I don't know if it's the new indigo buses in washington or if the staff room coffees been spiked but the customer service lately has been great, most drivers have been greeting passengers with good manners and sometimes even crack a smile

they have all lowered the bus so I can get my pram on with ease and I witnessed one driver get out of his cubicle to help an elderly man onto the bus even tho he was running late. ![[Image: 1f44f.png]](https://www.facebook.com/images/emoji.php/v5/ffe/1/16/1f44f.png){kind=small}
