I just cant see it happening, but it is a start for Sunderland. I really hope they can try and attract some 'unique' chains (I'm guessing they will all be chains)

Hopefully it does, the first lot of work on the VAUX site has already started, it's a 10 year plan least it's started.

They should knock Blantford Street and start again, that area is a dump.
