Will I be the only one sad to see the pacer trains go? On a cold morning you can't beat having your legs roasted by the heating. I much prefer them over the 152/156's.
I would think the drivers prefer them too as the cabs on the 152/156 look very cramped!
I note the automated announcements have been switched off on the trains that had them installed. The destination just scrolls across the screen so at least we can enjoy a peaceful journey. Does anyone know if this was done deliberately or has the new franchise not got to grips with the system?
