A late one from Christmas Eve - 1417 ended up on the X12 after a fault developed with 1442. It worked the last complete X12 from Newcastle to Middlesbrough (the last 'official' through working - the 1755 from Newcastle - remained as normal, with a change of buses in Durham, meaning a Durham driver had a light run back from Middlesbrough at 2015.........)
