There has been complaints even before the Cross Pennine upgrade about capacity issues in both the morning and evening, so they've listened to the complaints, just way too late, and after a hell of a lot of money wasted refurbishing an OmniCity which now can't be used! Not like Arriva to waste money on this sorta thing... cough, 4653/9, cough.
