(Go North East) NK56KKF / 5270 - Scania Omnicity by Jamie MP, on FlickrThis picture has been touched up (a tad more exposure than default. On my phone (s6) the picture is clear, on my laptop (lower end) the picture looks horribly noisy. Any Opinions?

A similar issue with this picture, although a lot less noise on my laptop. Crystal clear on my phone and the following was not editted.
