The two Darts are NOT for service - they are most likely at Stockton for storage (they are parked nose-in, normal for non-serviceable and disposal vehicles). Stockton is currently home to most of the reserve and dispsoal fleet in the North East (Flowers is full of ex-Newcastle MANs hence a further 7 sat out in the yard).
