The Allestree is also another route in line to get E200MMCS, the shorter variation as seen on 'the nines' although this is yet to be officially confirmed.
And as mentioned in this month's 'BUSES' magazine:
- The 9 Rushcliffe Mainline examples are the first due, in July
- The 11 examples for Skylink are due in September
- The 5 short examples for the Allestree are due after those
- A further 3 new buses are due this year - more Euro6 Citaros for Kinchbus to join the present examples on Skylink
- After a long time in storage, formerly Mickleover B7RLE 728-35 are being refurbished for Keyworth Connection and Cotgrave Connection which will both be rebranded as 'The Keyworth' and 'The Cotgrave'
- All the original style Tempos are to be removed from service - currently nothing mentioned about their replacement on the 21
