Arriva penny pinching massively on new vehicles?  Last year's E400s were all a shorter wheelbase than the last order, now these.

The 10.8m Streetlites in Go North East's fleet have 38 seats (compared to a full-size 11.5m Streetlite Max which has 45). The Pulsars currently have 44 seats.
