A classic example is the windscreen wipers, which usually have three settings, intermittent, normal and fast. In half the buses at my depot the intermittent setting will not be working and will never be fixed no matter how often they are reported. Like all companies its all about £££ at the end of the day, but Arriva take it to the extreme.

They missed the branding off the offside of 1455 for some reason when they were done for the 27/27A. They changed them for the 8 yesterday but still no branding on the offside of 1455!
