"New ticket prices from 9 May 2018
We are changing the prices of some of our tickets, including singles and returns from Wednesday 9 May 2018.
Some of our most popular tickets including the £1 aged 18 and under fare and £10 Family Day ticket will be frozen. We will also be freezing the prices of tickets available on the Go North East app until the end of May. "
Having had a look through some of the core tickets, the increases seem to to be a bit bizarre to say the least. Increases ranging from 1.96% to a whopping 13.3%, with the under 18s dis-proportionally affected.
