No info at the stops or at Heworth, or Gateshead, or on buses. It's all well and good writing news articles about it, but what's the use if there's no direct info to passengers? I'm not a chronicle reader and I had literally no idea it was happening until I got diverted off. Car drivers were backed all the way to the Stadium too. It's by all means short notice in real life.
