Arriva's Volvo B7s will be SCRT Euro 4 (like Go North East's Vykings). Go North East's 54 and 06 plate Volvo B7s are SCRT Euro 5, but there's no bonus marks for quality for scholars contracts and the tender award is 100% weighted towards which operator provides the most cost-effective option for the local authority.
