</p><p><br></p><p>Hasn't the investment model been the same prior to DB? United, Tees and Northumbria never really saw huge investment. </p><p><br></p><p>The Oly's in early 80's, Lynxes/Volvo Oly's etc in mid/late 90's and a boat load of cascades either side. </p>
