While we would all like to see more buses, there is enough capacity all day. If you want to increase reliability, add an extra bus from 8 to 9. The fact that the X4 hasn't changed in over 2 years must mean it's working fine. </p><p>The biggest complaint from Whitby residents is that the town buses don't go to places they used to. The route to Grosmont more frequently [in the summer] would be useful.
