Of course, the argument should have been that when Stockton's PVR dropped back in July, one of the released Pulsars should have cascaded. Of course, Ashington ended up requiring an extra bus with the lose of the E400, Stockton needed to retain one to cover for 1417 (and subsequently retained it for the PVR increase with the S1) and Durham were just in need.</p>
</p><p><br></p><p>Speaking of which, noticed that 4516 was out on the 64A yesterday morning. </p><p>They're obviously needing it, so unless there's some sort of cascade from elsewhere - it may well be kept in service. </p><p><br></p><p>
