10 Gold-specification Scania E400s are due to transfer from Oxford once their new E400MMCs have entered service. Reports elsewhere suggest 5 will be allocated to Chesterfield, where they will be allocated to the 50 group in place of the native examples now branded for the X1, while the other 5 will be allocated to Barnsley depot to convert the X10 (Barnsley to Leeds express) to full time double decker operation (and supposedly additionally allow Barnsley to operate their X17 turns with Gold-spec vehicles).
Some slight changes, only 8 Gold-spec Scania E400s are due here from Oxford - so far transferred are 15534/5/7 (VX59 JCY/Z, JDJ) with sister 15536 (VX59 JDF) also expected.
