At least they have a different number. Both Arrive and GNE operate the 86, and don't accept each others tickets.
They had the same issue when GNE ran some X46 services between Durham and Crook. The amount of people who got angry with the driver because they couldn't use their Arriva ticket was surprising. The average person would just think an X46 is an X46!
