Not sure numpty or idiots are really the words I'd use to describe them, but anyway...

Noticed kids being at least a bit antisocial more recently especially as schools are off this week, was a load loitering around Peterlee Bus Station around 6pm last night including two nearly clattering into people on bikes inside, then went over to Stockton and was a load of em at the top end of the high street where about a week prior there was a video on Facebook with some confrontation going on between them and some guy who was filming it on his phone. Durham can be grim on a night too although can be in the daytime too in fairness.
